T5 retrofit help

I purchased a 36" 2 bulb t5 retro kit from brs and I think I'm going to need some help installing it as it didn't come with any instructions. Anyone care to talk me through it or lend a hand?

It looks like BRS sells Fulham ballasts, you can look up the wiring diagram here.
