Tail Rot?

Is this tail rot or another fish nipping? It’s a Lubbock Wrasse eating and swimming except he’s not ruling the tank as he usually does, so wondering if it’s an internal parasite or something.

Tail rot is usually ragged looking. That looks more like an injury.

I did see the blenny go after him after i posted this.

Blenny are real pills sometimes. I have a Starry Blenny that almost killed my pink spot goby when they were in QT. He was vicious. But now in the big tank they don't even give each other a second look. Fish are weird.
