Tailspot Blennies: Need some advice

Heyo,
So I have a 29 gallon tank (with a 10 gallon sump) that I am going to be running as a fowlr for a bit until the system is stable enough for coral.

Here is my stocking list:
2 Black Ice Clowns
1 Stacki Damsel
1 Mandarin Goby (I have cultures in the making)
1 Tailspot Blenny

I have idea what to expect regarding the nature of the tailspot blenny. Would it be ok with what I have alongside it? Reef safe?

Should be fine (and yes, reef safe). Blennies love barnacles or similar hiding spots, so keep that in-mind when planning for your blenny.
