Tailspot blenny bump on the belly

Today i found out that my tailspot has a brown bump on the belly. I do not know how he got it, because all the tankmates are peaceful and water parameters are ok. Fish behaves as normal, but I'm worried about complications. I think it might be a bruice, but I'm not sure. What can it be?

Tough to see clearly - does it look dark green? That is a sign of bile release, and us more easily seen in more translucent fish like this.

The blenny looks active and appears to have been eating well. How long have you had it?

I'm not really sure on color, it appears to be brown, not green. I've had him for approximately 2 months.

What could have caused it? As i said,water parameters are ok. I feed mainly live baby brine, sometimes frozen brine and chopped mysis(but fish do not like second one that much). Oh, and also algae wafers from hikari, and when not fed artificially, blenny scavenges for algae and pods in the tank. Could some fat imbalance cause it, if you think it's related to bile? Or could it be caused by trauma, aka bristle worm sting or pistol shrimp punch? Microelement (his name) also was in the shop for a month until i bought him, could he suffer complications there? But it's like 2 month since i have him in my nano.

Bile is a dark or light green, so if it’s brown, you can rule that out. Excess bile production can result from starvation or liver malfunction.

Update: he seems to not have died until this point and the bump is no longer present, but there is a dark spot on the place it was. Hope he fully recovers

Update, bump is still present, but not changing size. Fish is active. Will update if something will change, for better or for worse.
