Tailspot blenny diet

I just got a orange tail spot blenny about 7 hrs ago… took him about 4 hrs to move around in the tank. I wanted to ask what everyone’s best success has been feeding these little guys and what brand/ type exactly. I sprinkled some spirulina but he seems not interested. Of course I guess he’s a little shocked still.

Mine loves Masstick (I use Easy Masstick), and will take most frozen food -- rn I have Rod's Food.
