I believe its popeye, if just one eye is swollen then it is usually an injury. When it’s both eyes, they will usually be cloudy it’s either caused by an injury in one eye getting infected and it spreading to the other eye or a parasite like flukes in the eyes which caused a secondary infection.

Is it safe for corals?This is also recommended treatment for popeye. Can’t say for sure if it’s an injury or not. But this does help if popeye. erythromycin for bacterial infection

Maracyn is best used in a quarantine tank. If just one eye was involved, I’d suggest you just wait to see if it gets better on its own. With both eyes, it is going to have trouble seeing its food, so a treatment will help cure it faster, so hopefully it doesn’t starve.
Melafix is a tonic, not an antibiotic, and won’t really help serious infections like this.
