Tailspot blenny swollen eye

My tailspot blenny has a swollen eye, again. In the past I've treated the tank with stress guard and after a week or so it's gone. Now it's back, again. About 2 weeks ago my clown had a swollen eye, so I treated tank, now the clowns eye is good but my tailspot is having the issue. What is my best option. I can set up a qt in a 29 gallon, keep treating with stress guard, or do something else?

How's the fish(s) doing? Erythromycin works the best as my antibiotic of choice for problem eye infections.

He's back to normal. I noticed he gets a swollen eye whenever he gets bloated. Not sure what causes that though. If I keep feeding algae sheets he goes back to normal.

Its called fish gout.
