Tailspot blenny with white patches

Hello Everyone, I’ve just noticed that my tailspot blenny has some white patches near his head. He is still eating fine and all my other fish seem completely normal. I heard this is because of them stressing out? Any ideas?

I just top off my tank with new saltwater, is that maybe the cause? hes never done this before.

Yeah should be all good. They get patches when they are stressed out. If you see signs of flashing or heaving breathing I would start to be concerned
