Good luck... I looked for a month before giving in and grabbing a Starry Blenny from my LFS. REALLY want a tailspot as well for my 60g cube.

I got mine from Reef Beauties and am very happy with the quality of their animals as well as their shipping & packaging, their customer service was great too. I'd never ordered from them before but thought I'd give them a try and am very impressed with them.

Just checked and of course they're out of stock but keep an eye out for them at Reef Beauties, I tried everywhere else and they were the ones who actually got some in stock. If I remember right TSM also got some in recently but were gone quick.

I’ll def check them out. I used saltwater fish recently as they were the only one who had the Blenny and of course when it arrived it was dead in the bag and the packaging was terrible.

That's a shame. Well I can say that I was impressed with RB, I'll be buying from them again that's for sure. Good luck, hopefully they get one in stock soon, I love mine.

@ScottyD36 Thought I'd point out that iBluewater has them in stock or it appears they do. Here ya go;

How has iBlueWater been as of late? The last time I worked with Bob to find a Gigantea anemone (2018), it turned up no results and then I demanded a refund months later. Their stock list only shows what Bob can source from from his wholesale/import suppliers, not necessarily what's in stock, so it can take some time.

Quarantined Fish and Ocean Devotion also offer similar services.

@ScottyD36 have you considered a White Lined Combtooth blenny? Divers Den seems to be getting them in regularly these days (they have one right now). I personally think they look nicer than Tailspots!

I'm not sure how he's doing right now, I placed an order with him back at the start of this Covid mess and he emailed me saying that California was on a lock down and he couldn't reliably ship at the time. He was kind and helpful but canceled my order and promptly refunded my money.

I've been eye balling those little White Lined Blennies! If I didn't have Tail Spots(I have two in my tank) I'd get one, they look great but I'm pretty sure there would be trouble if I dropped one of them in with my Tail Spots.

I've been tempted myself, but have a Lawnmower who's pretty big and active in the tank, so not sure how well it would get along with a tiny White Lined. Also am waiting for the day DD has more than one thing I really want!

Bob's definitely a good guy and means well for his customers. You just gotta be willing to wait a bit when ordering through him. ;)

I'd be worried with that Lawnmower too. I've had a couple of them over the years and they can be down right mean!

what's shipping cost? don't see it on their site.

I held out for a few months and eventually my LFS here in Mass got 2 in. I never asked to special order, just figured I’d wait and if they got one in - great. Luckily was able to snag the only one that wasn’t on hold. Hot commodity these days

Update. The website BlueZoo Aquatics got some tailspots in. I just ordered one if anyone else is looking for one.
