Tailspot with scratches

hey guys title says it all my girlfriend sent me this picture of her tailspot. Im pretty sure those white spots are from him going into the live rock all the time but just want a second opinion. Just added him about a week ago and is still a little scittish and will dart into a hole in the rock

Any other symptoms? Look like injuries, should watch out for infections.

Nope. Not bullied or anything he's only in there with a fire fish, a few hermit crabs, urchin, chocolate chip starfish, and a skunk cleaner. I told her that its probably him just darting in and out of his hiding spot a lot.
