Taiwanese torch coral?

Hey guys, im buying this torch from someone local and he says its a Taiwanese torch and that the color looks way different in person, so I just wanted to make sure if im getting the right thing.
Does anyone know if this is actually the Taiwanese torch and how much it is worth?

I think does are indo pink tips. I have seen them all over the place in terms of price. But you can get them close to 100 bucks a head.

I have seen Taiwan stuff but they mostly look like aussie gold and I have seen some marked as holy grail. But everyone names stuff nowadays.

Any time a seller sends a picture and follows that up with "it looks way different in person" raises a major red flag
