I've been aquascaping for hours.. I can't come up with anything that I like or that I'm in love with. so far, this is what I have. I've read the large article on aquascaping that's been referred to lots of times... but I'm not all that artistic. this is the only one I don't just hate.

I'm partial to the "islands" for 2 reasons: 1) little to no gluing, and 2) more placement for corals.

please let me know your thoughts.

I like the second attempt much better. You've got more room for corals. Just try to make sure you're not right up against the back glass because it can potentially impede water flow. I did that with mine and regret it because the corals are growing and I don't want to disturb the tank.

thanks for the tip! I actuall have more room in the back than I do in the front... none of it is touching any glass and I have enough room to clean the glass with the mag float.

I really do like the scape though. Looks really awesome!

Ya looking much better! IMO it's better to have adjusting heights and ledges and caves and so on then it drags people's eyes to multiple points in the tank!
