Take him out or leave him in ?

I’m treating with copper and I found two worms should I leave him in or take him out ?
And my test kit is not showing the right colour I’m going to buy a different one
I’m using seachem cupramine
Should I buy
Salifert copper test or
Seachem multitest copper
Which would give me a better colour reading because my jbl test result is unknown colour ???

As said, they are harmless (unless they get very large) but I remove them because they gross me out.
