So, I think saltwaterfish.com had a snafu. They had Laboute's fairy wrasses listed at $0. I ordered one and paid the $35+$3 shipping. Do you think they'll ship it for the cost of shipping alone? I think I just got lucky with the timing but as a previous customer am interested to see if they honor their website pricing.

I would make sure you have proof of that pricing. If you have the proof I don't think they would have much choice but to.

What does the "fine print" say about pricing mistakes? Most online sites say that they're not responsible for pricing errors, and I would think it's pretty obvious that they're not selling fish for $0 (so there was no true "meeting of the minds" regarding the deal and the price). Lots of ways they could get out of this....

You're probably right but it doesn't hurt to try. They can certainly refuse to sell it and refund the shipping cost, of course.

Not sure If I would expect them to honor it. Would you have actually purchased the fish if it was posted with the correct price? Because they will just see it as you trying to take advantage of a mistake...

No dice, said it was a computer glitch yaddah, yaddah, yaddah. Didn't expect it to materialize anyways so not a major letdown or anything. I would have bought it had their price been competitive but LA has them for $99 right now.
