Taking over!

Having a problem with the amount of these mushrooms that have multiplied everywhere in the tank. Most with difficult to reach base within holes in rocks to attempt scraping off, which ultimately just results in more multiplying.

They are growing over everything, other corals being pushed out/receding. Won't be long until the entire aquarium is just one colour :/

Can anything be done?

Doesn’t sound great, but always good to have tank in good enough shape to multiply corals.

I have read that directing a powerhead kind of right on them will cause them to release. If you can do it when you have time to deal with it, you might be able to get a bunch out without creating more.
