Talbot Damsels

Okay so I am reading from LA that Talbots have a yellow head with blue body but almost every video/picture I have seen they look yellow and pink/lavender. Can someone tell me if they will be blue for sure under LEDs? I really don't want to get a blue damsel, I really love the pink-ish color if they really are that color.

Yellow head, pinkish body. No blue whatsoever, even under actinics.

Be careful with LA/DD on talbots. I bought a few and it turned out that they were not as described. There are a trio on DD at the moment that do look like talbots.

Yeah I was reading another post about another damsel that looked like talbots but it had more yellow on its belly. What is the more yellow bellied talbot called?

I'm the one who ended up with some of them. I believe that they are Ambon damsels.

How big have yours gotten? Would you say they are around the same size as Talbots or bigger?

I haven't had them very long so they're only about 1 1/2". If they are Ambon then they're going to get to 2 1/2". We shall see. I did buy talbots that turned out to actually be talbots. They're nice.

OMGoodness they are so cute! They even posed for you looking at the camera. Yeah I deff want a trio of talbots. I kinda wish I could of gotten the Ambons too. Thank you for showing me them! How are all their temperaments together?
