No, Sebaes are one of the hardest to keep. I'd go with a bubble tip. If you don't need something clowns will host then I say go with a condy. They're. Extremely hardy but won't host, they are also more aggressive. What size tank do you have and what lights?

Marine land single bright LEDs and for the bubble tip do the clowns host it

What size tank? Clowns will host bubble tips. And single bright are no where near enough for anemones. IMO I wouldn't even use a marine land reef capable, they may look bright but they do not have much par

oh ive seen a lot of good reviews on the marineland single bright led and ive heard that marineland is a very good brand

I would not use the Marineland single bright or reef capable LED lights for a tank that houses anemones. Sebae anemones require pretty strong lighting and won't fair too well under them. I also would like to know more about your setup.

I looked at your threads and you say you have a 30 gallon. Your lights are not sufficient for a bubble tip, sebae is a definite no. No marine land led can support anemones IMO. Not even the "reef capable". You'd be better off going with T5 or a led kit from rapid led
