I added a sailfin tang today and my kole and yellow tang aren't being very friendly. Will this eventually stop? If not how can I stop it? Thanks.

What size tank?
Tangs will always have a degree of aggression among each other. It may or may not get better on it's own.
Introducing new fish via social acclimation box can lessen aggression.

I have been fortunate with my tangs. Last addition was a sailfin, my yellow tang immediately went after her. I spent about 5 hours in front of the tank warding off the attacks. I went lights out for several days, fed very well and monitored them closely. Th ankfully now everything is fine an occasional chase but nothing more.

The zebrasoma tang (yellow) will probably eventually let up on the sailfin, they don't usually hold long grudges, even though they're the same genus. However, significant damage can be done before this happens, depending on many factors.
The Kole is likely to let up as well, but every once in awhile you find one with a vendetta and they can be really nasty, depending on who the tank boss is.
Adding one tang to more than one existing tang is typically a poor decision, for the reason you're citing.
I agree, social acclimation boxes are a good move.

should let up at some point. I did just the opposite as you in my 220. Had a desjardini in there and added a kole. Sailfin had to make sure the kohl knew who was boss. some mild flare ups for the first couple days but now they both pal around together .
