This is the second "bite" mark I've seen on him this week. I see them get along all the time. I have a 125. A blue hippo, foxface, and a set of clowns. They all eat very good more than enough. Feeding half sheet of nori, about 30 dry pellets 2 cubes of frozen in the morning.

How big are the other fishes? Appears that the Sailfin didn’t get the message the first time.
Do the clowns have a nest?

Clowns are in just a corner.
Here and there they swim across but stay in the same place. Blue hippo and foxface and sail fin just all about the same size. Never seen anyone chasing one another 3 big ones always are together. The clowns are the only ones I would say that don't swim with the pack.

Some fish has attacked the sailfin from the top to bite those holes. Tang aggressive action is generally a broadside battle and if a fin gets nipped it is likely to be the caudal fin. I’m not sure what a Foxface would do, I have not observed that they bite fins?
The clownfish are fin nippers and can be crazy aggressive when they want to. If you set up a camera to observe the tank when you leave the room my money is on one of the clownfish. I could be wrong, obviously.
I wonder what other people have observed who have these Tangs, Foxface and clowns in the same tank? I have them, but my terror is an old one-eyed damsel who swims in the middle and gives whatever bothers him.

I have this exact set of fish in my 180 and the female clown will go after my Sailfin when he comes anywhere near their anemone.

Thanks y'all imma fight the clown now lol should I sump her for a bit? Or how should I go about it. Cuz that def makes sense as the only ones that hover up top is the clowns. They were the first ones in the tank and one clown is a decent size as well.
