Can any one identity this please, just noticed it this morning, grey patch on its side

Can any one identify this, on my tangs side, just noticed it this morning
 
@dave2105mia Too large to be a fluke. Almost looks like it could be an isopod. Does it appear to be a growth or more like a little "creature" on him?

That sounds like a bacterial infection then. Possibly started off as a cut/injury that has now gotten infected. Best option is to treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic (Kanaplex or Furan-2) in a QT. You can soak Kanaplex in fish food, if you also use Seachem Focus as a binder (thus making Kanaplex reef safe). However, due to the apparent severity of this infection I think the skin needs direct contact with the medication, which is why dosing in a QT would be best.
