I believe a lot of fish paracites become waterborne looking for a new host before the fish actually dies. In some cases investigation must be performed on a living host to determine the disease for correct identification and treatment. Just my personal experience.

Flukes are not able to switch hosts. They do however fall off post mortem, usually after about two hours.

Sorry if I'm bugging you but I just did a fw dip on my clowns because I noticed the female was darting here and there like She was getting bitten. So I took a sample of the water from the bottom of the fw dip container and I found these...trying to look for flukes/worms.

This one is the 400x one above but zoomed in 3x aswell with phone.

Goby seems fine though. I can't catch him anyways.

I can’t say this isn’t a fluke, except the magnification is really high, and the similar looking thing to the right is clearly not a fluke.

After a FW dip, Neobenedenia holds it shape really well. Smaller flukes contort into balls of snot, so are tough to see unless you can see hooks or eyespots.

So recently I began fallowing my tank and quarantining my goby and 2 clowns. I am having trouble identifying what the clowns have...They don't look great today. So I took a small gill clip of my female clown. But watch the first video then look at the pictures, and then the 2 vids after that if you could, please.

Those are red blood cells in the videos. What scope are you using? They never look that clear under my scope at work!

Yes @jayhemdal i thought that maybe too. Some of the bigger red spots are blood clotting.

Thinking of reasons. Earlier thought maybe lack of O2 causing fish deaths. Lack of O2 and waterflow can also cause clotting. Maybe this is a side effect from earlier? Not really seeing much in terms of pathogens.

The oil emersion are you still using that way? One other thing I was going to ask its hard for me to tell here. Did the blood seem kind of brown or more to the red side to you?

Red, the gills were red, but what would brown indicate? Lack of O2?

So if it's not flukes or velvet or ich...then possibly brooklynella? But the symptoms don't match do they? To the first video of the clowns behavior?

Yes I can suggest that lack of O2 in combination with some medicines and their biproducts causing brown blood.
