Tang dying? White growth with black things

Anyone know what could be wrong? Tang stopped eating a couple days ago, was hiding yesterday now is stiff and not swimming. Dosed prazi pro last night. Have had tang for year or two.

Everything looks fine except for a white growth near the bottom/stomach, has some black things coming out of it. Did not notice until yesterday.

Can’t see it in second pic but it is where the white mark is.

Is this fish still eating?

The fish seems very thin. Possibly the beginning stages of an anal prolapse from what I can see.

not eating anymore. Was eating fine as far as I noticed up until a couple days ago
