Tang feeding

I am searching for a new food to feed my 3 tangs. A Vlaminigi, yellow, and purple. All older and eat various things. I think they would like something new.

Currently use mysis, spirulina, nori, mega algea, spectrum, etc. (personally don’t like larrys)

Do we still use romaine or was that just empty calories? Any fresh food not listed?

All we ever fed as the staple was LRS reef frenzy, reef nutrition refrigerated foods, TDO chroma boost pellets. Nori in the tank daily.

My tank gets a daily mix of PE Mysis Flakes, red or green nori(alternate days), New Spectrum Pellets and frozen PE Mysis Shrimp or LRS(alternate days) and everyone seems fat and happy. My Yellow Tang eats everything listed.

You can try rods food also. I use that and larrys. I prefer rods because it breaks down into smaller pieces. Some think its dirtier than larrys. My tanks clear in 5 minutes. My tangs love rods, they won't touch larrys for some reason.

Unless they look unhealthy, thin, hlle, etc, why change if it works?
