Tang Fingerprint or Flukes?

So my purple tang began developing these discolorations on its skin. Not sure if it is Flukes or tang Fingerprint disease. All of the other fish seem fine. Tang seems more lethargic and has labored breathing. All I have is API General cure. Could use some advice.

A first easy step would be a freshwater dip to confirm or eliminate flukes.

I agree, FWD to determine if flukes are present.
