Tang Food?

Hey guys ,

So I feed my tangs nori and pellets. I was looking for a better way to give my magnificent foxface and tang nutrition because the nori has a lot of ruffage and I want her to absorb some more nutrition. I saw the sera Marin spirulina tablets that stick on the glass and really want them. I couldn't find the specific food for sale it's just the regular type. If you could link me to a place that has them That would be awesome ! Do you know of any other veggie tablet foods that stick to the glass for the foxface and tang to graze on? I've always been under the impression that nori had enough nutrition in it and that tangs did not need anything further.

Has anyone ever added omega 3 supplements to frozen food

Tangs natural diet contains a lot og roughage, so their digestive tract can handle it, but will need to eat more. Their diet can be supplemented with any marine foods.

try fish frenzy frozen food its expensive but really good. even my green mandarin eats it too. but watch out it will attract alot of sponges and algae if not feed accordingly.
