I have an old tank I'm glad I never got rid of because I have the fish bug once again lol. It is 5'Lx30"Wx24"H. I really like the look of orange shoulder tangs but am not sure if this tank will be big enough long term. I actually like all tangs with streamers but I believe orange shoulders are the smallest I could be wrong though. The space I want to put it in can accommodate the same dimensions except 6 feet long instead. I'd really like to stick to the 5 footer I already have instead of buying a new tank.
I plan on having a pretty open scape with minimal rock work just enough for some good hidey holes and what not. So what do the tang police think? Will a 5'x30" wide work or should I go bigger.
Not sure what other fish I want except for a foxface for the utilitarian algae eating off the rocks.
