Tang has ich??

I think I see white spots on its back fin and on the fin on its right but I’m not sure is it ich or ????

No I don’t /: and it’s a 75 and it’s tankmates are 2 clownfish, Midas Benny, Mandarin goby, engineer goby, purple firefish, and a Banggai cardinal
