Can somebody help me to id this tang?

At 16 cm it is a larger tang. These pictures, especially the 2nd one, look very much like an adult Chevron tang. Here is my Chevron Tang at about 18 cm. It is hard to try to DI with blurry pictures, Chevron, and a lot of other tangs have intricate pattern on their skin that can be seen if you observe closely and the fish is healthy (and the light hit it just light especially)

I am all mixed up. How big is the OP's fish, the fish in question. If you can get a really good profile picture of him, then ID is easy.

He always move, very hard to take picture.

It's not big. Maybe 3.5 inches

coerluleus tang AKA atlantic blue has more yellow than white on the tail as below

Rather it looks like a whitetail bristle or striatus . Not even close to Chevron which gets real Dark after juvenile stage

This was my guess at first but the tail, take a look. really mature for its size to me

I have one very similar. It was sold to me as a blue eye kole tang. Dark blue throughout with slight lines when it hits the light right. Sometimes the tail is slightly light and others its the same color as the body.

It’s the true Ctenochaetus strigosus for sure.
Definitely not a C. binotatus as they display brighter colours all throughout the day. They also have a blue ring around their eye.
Here’s an older photo of mine

Less blue pictures:
