vlamingi
Like @Bepis said it’s a vlamingi tang Naso vlamingii, or big nose unicorn tang. They get quite large up to 2ft long and therefore need huge tanks.
This course of action relies on there being tanks large enough for the fish when it’s larger. There are extremely few private aquaria in the world large enough to house such a large fish. So even if we ignore the ethical and practical concerns around rehoming, this fish is a really bad choice of one to try to rehome to the LFS when it gets large.or a small tank and rehome to LFS for $$ when he gets to big
