I disagree with juvenile Acanthurus olivasceus. If you have a photo of the side then we can work better with it.
For now, I’ll say it’s likely to be a juvenile Acanthurus nigricauda from looking at the black line on both the scalpel and just before the eye.

Some of those juvenile Acanthurus genus tangs are pretty tough to ID until they mature a bit. A good pic from the side would help. Also, what is it labeled as, and do you know where it is from?

It does seem like it could be a juvenile Acanthurus nigricauda. Heres some more pictures, it was a little difficult to get better pictures hope this helps.

Definitely a nigricauda from those, it looks rather coloured down in a lot of the photos however in the bottom photo you can see the tail colour.

What size tank is he in?
