Tang looking odd

My tang is looking a bit odd. She eats constantly from the algea and water has good params but I did a 10%+ w/c today anyway. Seems to have like a buldge in the abdomen?

Any help is appreciated.

For anyone unable to see the video, Its literally a Circular Bulge mid abdomen...Almost like they may be constipated, Have you seen them poo at all?
