I put my Yellow Tang in a quarantine tank two weeks ago with an apparent case of Ich or something similar. After a few days in Paraguard the white spots were gone. I then put him in 0.5 ppm Seachem Cupramine, intending to leave him there for a few weeks. But he hasn't been eating for the last 5 or 6 days. Hardly swimming either. Clearly he is not happy in the QT. I know he should stay in QT for at least two more weeks, but if he starves to death or if the Cupramine is killing him that certainly isn't the right solution. Should I put him back in the display tank? Or do a massive water change to get the Cupramine out of the QT?
I have been feeding LFS Reef Frenzy, Hikari algae pellets, Nori, and dried brine shrimp, but he won't eat anything. Any ideas?
