Tang problem

My Tang developed this bump on his eye over the last two days. Have quarantine tanks ready to go - just need to make sure I treat for the right thing. Please help if you can.

Stepped out for a bit, but no other signs. No spots specs or anything.

Try a fw dip. Flukes often attatch to the eye.

Not a bump - Popeye.
Do you have a lot of micro-bubbles or suspended bubbles in tank? Generally when so, the weakest part of a fishs' anatomy is the eye socket. It should subside in a few days. Macacyn (I believe its called) will aid in lowering the popeye

The pic is blurry, but I see what could be flukes in the eyes. However, I also see something red which is either attached to the eye or just a spot on the glass.
