Tang treatment

I’ve got 3 small tangs currently in QT.

Convict, Yellow Eye Kole, and Yellow.

The Convict came in with a little white at the tip of his pectoral fin, I opted to watch it to see if injury or something else. Now both his fins have it and one eye is cloudy. I believe it is lympho from reading on here.

The Yellow and Kole have now developed the white fringes on their fins. The Kole has something on its body now at the base of its tail. I tried to get pictures of it. It also has rubbed its mouth raw on the glass.

Tank - 10 gal
Meds in use - Furan 2, General Cure, Prazi.

And advice on the Kole’s body? Best pictures I have gotten.

It could be flukes. If you do a 5 min FW dip it would at least let you know if they are present.

The damage near scalpel and tail could also be aggression damage.

I think you need a bigger tank to QT those three fish regardless of how mall they are now. I think the recommendation is 20G minimum to QT a tang.

I agree, bigger would be better for sure. Making it work with what I’ve got for now though.
