Tang with weird pale spots

My Tomini tang I’ve had without trouble for a year now has all the sudden since yesterday had these pale spots on his pottom fins and one on front of his face. What is it?

Are the spots "flat & filmy" or "raised & cottony"? Anything new "wet" like corals, fish, inverts, live rock/sand, etc. added to the tank in the last 30 days or so?

nothing added but nori and fish food and its flat

Possible flukes? FW dip to confirm?

they seem to have disappeared all but on on his fin idk if its because my lights have dimmed down for the night or what happened

Look like potential flukes to me. I would catch and dip/qt.
