Tang with Weird Sickness

Hi everyone, Wondering if anyone had seen this on their tangs before. It is only on the one and it seems to be getting worse day after day. Originally I thought it was a scratch but now it is starting to look worse. No idea what this is. He is eating fine and acting normal.

He's moving pretty quick hard to tell. Are you talking about on his head?

I think it might just be a wound from hitting rocks or something. Keep an eye on it and if your water params are good it should heal up fine
