At first I noticed my powder brown yang flashing but I don’t see any visible problems. Then another yang did it and now a two line goby. I noticed 2 black dots on my blue yang and I am thinking they have flukes. I have 225g tank FOWLR.
it’s hard to get catch them so I am thinking of doing it in my dt.
i already tried focus with ka Naples on their food but they are still doing the same thing.
pls help

This may be a sign of flukes
Any clear pics under white light will help determine what you have
Twitching, darting, diet of yawning and even scratching often suggests flukes.

Often, the only real symptom you see with flukes is flashing/scratching.
Praziquantel is pretty safe to dose in a reef tank as long as you add aeration, don’t collect skimmer water and do two doses about 8 days apart. One product is called Prazipro.
