Tangs eye?!?!

So today a coworker found clown tang dead stuck on filter, then i noticed blue tangs eye is funky looking. Other eye looks like a black hole. Any ideas?

Popeye can either be caused by trauma or an infection. Have you noticed any bullying in the tank?

Not towards the tang, hes been wierd and skittish since i got him few weeks ago. Usually hides in corner unless its time to eat. I just added 3 bengai cardinals( 1 seemed to have swim bladder but is slowly seeming better) and a clown tang who died within the week. Now tang has popeye.

Erythromycin is usually very effective on popeye infections and is a first step treatment in a QT.
