Tangs

In my 660g I had to remove fish here and there due to aggression and found it easy with a fish trap, Before you say anything about coral, this is what I faced and still caught them

Omg…look good…?which fish trap

It’s a very big tank so can’t catching fish is no option…hydrogen peroxide is good option…
How much to dose n how any idea…?

I would only do this if you are sure it is disease but I would also catch fish with a trap over dosing the tank.

May just be your acclimation. You really need to be testing the salinity in the bags and instead get shipped fish into new water in a bucket matching the bags salinity and THEN drip.

Yes just reading…description is different..may b it’s a worth a shot……can’t find how to use?
how long do I use…?
How often I dose?I mean every week..or twice a week
I'm not giving dosing instructions as 1) I don't know them and 2) I don't think it's prudent to start just dosing your tanks with something, having no idea of the underlying conditions.

Rule out all outside factors meaning multiple corresponding tests of all major parameters within range, icp, then fallow the tank after removing every fish if there is no found issue.

Tangs are hardy. Something about your process or environment is the cause. Work methodically, find the cause and address it.

There is no magic bullet here. .

Yes that’s wat I think…if other fish has no sign at all I don’t want to dose unnecessary….I will double make sure the salinity n drip accordingly..
It’s alway better use few fish at same time rite 3 or 4 together so it’s less aggression from older fish…..also r u advice to buy from other lfs….
I have 3 lfs which has almost same price coz they r not really closer but in one county…others r far n little pricey.
Wats ur opinion

There is a water test for disease now. Probably not perfect but worth trying

A few at a time helps with aggression.

The other fish not showing disease doesn't mean there isn't any :(

There just isn't enough information to know. You didn't look closely at their breathing and such. I got nothing to work with. All I can do is tell you the potential causes and you need to decide how to proceed.

If a fish get sick, we need video's and pic's and description.

Acanthurus tangs are very prone to disease. Zebra's and Bristletooths are much hardier.

What tangs do you have that are surviving anyways?
