Tank a little foggy?

New 80g tank with 30g sump is a little foggy. I understand that the tank needs to go through it’s cycle, but most of the rock, some water and carbon filters are from my previous tank. Is this something I wait out or does someone have a better idea? (Pictures look a little clearer then it is)

Probably just the new tank being a new tank. If your that concerned carbon or uv would work

If your tank is new then let it be man it will clear on its own..it’s when your tank is like a year old or two and it starts fogging is when you should get a UV sterilizer.

I would say its just going through a small bacterial bloom or something along those lines since you switched it from another tank. Its just cycling faster - kali
