Apparently I can't measure. How much of an issue do you think this is? About a half inch short on each end.

It is a framed tank. It will be fine.
It would bug the heck out of me (OCD) But it will be well supported
Ya don't get me wrong. That's annoying, but I've waited long enough to upgrade it. I'm sure I'll find something else down the road.

As above it is a framed tank and so it is supported. Frameless have to have a support all around evenly or they'll crack if a small partical is underneath hince the leveling pads that always come with them. Some of my tanks art on shelves and cantilever out 30% and have been okay for years. some framed tanks bottoms are 1/4 to 1/2" off the surface. If you're worried, just put a 1/2-3/4 " sheet of plywood underneath it and it will be darned secure. (Home Depot will cut it to size)

That is what I have done. I use 3/4 inch solid oak, I am sure plywood is just as good but oak looks better.
