Tank bottom frame

Hi,
I bought a used 60 gallon cube tank, and the bottom frame is broken, but the upper one is not completely frame. The frame is like rubber plastic meaning not a hard plastic. How can I fix it? Or the tank is no good??

Some frames offer support. They are shaped with a raised edge to direct load into the side panels and relieve pressure on the bottom panel. Other frames are just decorative to cover the glass edges and silicone. Yours looks decorative and therefore not even necessary. I believe you can buy the black angle plastic at some fish stores and just make a complete new one. It needs to be even all the way around to prevent any concentrated pressure points.
