tank build. questions.

I have found a neat little 25 gallon cube tank I would like to purchase and start a build with. My first question is, with a tank that size, what would some of you recommend as far as lighting goes? Second, how would set up the filtration system? Would you build a sump with a skimmer inside, or go with a more generic type hang on the back of the glass filter? Also what size of a power head would be effective enough in a tank like this? And lastly, any advice on aquascaping to maximize the surface area of my live rock so I can add lots of colorful corals would be appreciated.

what type of corals are you thinking about going with?

I like frogspawns so a couple of those for sure. Can't say what exactly yet buy focusing mostly around LPS

I do however want a mushroom in it.
i have a rhodactis colony in my current 12 gallon nano that are doing very well so maybe some of those as well
