You can use GFO or lanthanum chloride and .1ppm is a good target.

If your light is not already at max intensity bump it up 5-10 percent and watch your zoas for a few weeks. If they stop extending like that they are getting enough light. Zoas should grow mostly flat. Palys tend to “stand up” more.
 
.5-.7ppm is very high

Your looking for 0.05ppm to say .15ppm

If it is actually 0.5, use the LC treatment first to get it down to say .2ppm.

At the level your posting, GFO will exhaust quickly and is very expensive.
