Tank chip & glass deformation

I bought a Red Sea 350 new about 9 months ago, and started the cycle while I was away in Europe . I recently noticed a deformation on the glass and a chip near it. The deformation looks wavy as it was caused from melting and the chip is tiny . I just want suggestions as to what I should do.

Im just worried the chip could grow.
