Tank Clean for selling

I will be moving soon and will need to sell my tank so I can get a new one in Germany. What level of clean is expected? I have all the sand out but there are some hard to reach places in the overflow that have some growths.

personally I wouldnt get to carried away, and price it ccordingly. Remember caveat emptor is your friend as a seller

I bought a tank knowing it is used will have some imperfections. As previous don’t go crazy!
