My tank water is cloudy, maybe because of a water change? But it is also a little green on one side

Cloudy water in a new tank is super common due to bacterial blooms. A bumch of micro organisms are at war, fighting for space on all surfaces. Looks like a pretty small tank, I would just do some 25-50% water changes, run a bit of carbon and your water will clear naturally as youre tank matures and the good bacteria wins the war to populate the surfaces.

I would also add to make sure there is plenty of agitation at the water surface. A bacterial bloom will lower oxygen in the tank.

Right, my wavemaker makes ripples towards the top and the hob drips water in well
