Tank cloudyness

This is not saltwater related but I have a 30 gallon freshwater tank and I don’t know why but it’s been cloudy for the last 3 weeks can someone help me

Are you just using the standard carbon pouches or something top shelf like BRS primeum ROX 0.8 carbon?
