Tank Crash Thread - Vendor Scathing Review

Please read here before posting. Outside comments are not permitted per R2R's feedback forum policy. This is to allow the buyer and seller to have a streamlined conversation and hopefully come to a mutually satisfactory resolution in a negative transaction. If you would like to contribute your own feedback experience with either the buyer or seller, you may do so by creating your own feedback thread. Only the thread starter and vendor will have posting access. Thank you.

I am about to create a scathing review of vendor equipment that led to a tank crash. Is that welcome here? I am out about 1500- 2000 usd based on some point of sale equipment failure sold by BRS.

If it is not welcome here I kindly require my account be closed permenantly.

Feedback is welcome as long as you follow the feedback forum rules.

Why did you just delete everyones comments? It is a bit concerning. Nothing hostile was written. I prefer you close my account now so you can not hear the truth and then delete it.

Please read the link I posted and the “header” at the top of this thread.

No thank you. Please close my account or expect pictured details of exactly what happened by your precious vendor.

This is clearly not a good fit to show the truth and have it demoted intentionally.

No comments removed had anything to do with whatever it is your complaint is. Seems like you have an axe to grind but with the wrong person.

Yeah right. I received the info I needed. Please close account. I am done wasting money and perhaps will be thankful for it.

I understood intent and direction this would take and will not waste your time further.

This is the last kind request to close account. Perhaps you did not understand either?

Hi @iggy. I'm sorry for the confusion. We do not allow outside comments in feedback threads because we have learned that in a conflict situation, it's better for only the seller and buyer to communicate. This is the best way to see a conflict resolved. We know that not all negative reviews end with positive results, but we hope for the best outcome whenever possible.

To answer your original question, you are welcome to post your feedback here, and it will not be deleted so long as it is in line with our terms of service. The only other entity who will be allowed to comment (positively or negatively) in your feedback thread is the vendor you are leaving feedback for.

I hope this explanation is helpful.

Oh I understand. I can’t do that, so I tagged those who could.

Hello. Just to re-iterate, feedback is welcome here. Good, bad, or indifferent. We only ask that you follow the TOS (Terms of Service). This is between you and the vendor. Outside comments make it difficult for the user base to figure out exactly what happened. I've personally read through 200+ comments on feedback or review threads on other forums without this requirement. The extra comments made it demonstrably more difficult for me to figure out what happened and what resulted. While some comments add value, one of the reasons we limit outside comments is so that readers can focus on the complaint, responses by the two relevant parties, and the outcome.

Take care.
