Last weekend while traveling a chiller pipe burst outside my apartment and flooded my apartment. I lost contact with my tank equipment (cameras, WiFi controllers, temp. Control, etc..) Friday night. I’m guessing the power circuit is down because of the water. I will be back Thursday which means the tank has been without flow, lights, heater and ATO for a full week. That means the tank crashed and I’ve lost 99% of the tank inhabitants. What should be my game plan when I arrive? It’s a 20g Waterbox that’s been running for 2.5 years.

Air the house out for starters….
You probably could salvage/recycle the rock….something might have made it
May as well start mixing salt straight away

Chiller pipe? I'm assuming you are not talking about an aquarium chiller are you? The tank is probably the least of your problems if so. Sounds like an insurance claim to me. Clean up the mess and do a re-start when everything else is fixed up IMO.

What is a chiller pipe? If this isn't something of yours and something the apartment broke, landlord would need to make the place inhabitable for safety/laws, possibly cover expenses if you need to live in a hotel depending on the state. Depends where you live.

The rock would need to be acid bathed or at least bleached out in the sun.

Call your insurance company, land lord, or someone who can get into the place to mitigate water damage. Live rock salvage may be possible, but it is going to be awhile before you can restart anything, ime.

Sorry about this situation.
